Last weekend Friday I went to Alibaba with our classmate. It s amazing and give me a different sense to look the world , strength culture , you know culture have power , culture have strength , culture have mindset , culture have goal .
All the company have a same culture , and the value embed in Ali culture and in all Ali people . Recent years I researched some company s culture , different culture need the people have different behaves and it s very important for a successful company have better increase rate . culture decided the company s goal and mission .
So we need research the culture , create right culture will gill you unexpected achievement . we just employ that accept our culture s people and created strong strength . The culture will automatically frequent the employees behave. And the team member will manager each other , the employees will doing the work by the strategic and culture , all the people know where the company should go and the company should be what types .
The biggest company need innovate but how to keep the height speed to increase , we know the company will meet different difficult in different period , this time need the leader formulate the rules let organization have hight increased speed .
Every organization must persist agile and efficient , this world are very complex and more change and exchange , so if we want success in this environment we must need unusual strategies and unusual tactic .
First we must know where we should go deeply .
